Me and my friends in my headspace are what we call ‘unique’ because I suppose we aren’t like other people so to speak. Usually others can get diagnosed or maybe there’s terms for it, but I’ll try to explain as best as I can…I’m a person who is spiritually connected through dreams and nightmares, everything that happens while I’m not ‘awake’ or ‘conscious’ is when everyone comes out to see me and play or do what they do normally. However when I daydream or when I go into a trance like state I’m immediately greeted with Esmeralda (my Tulpa) and everyone who wishes to show themselves in my headspace. However this only happens when I’m going through tremendous amounts of stress or when I’m dissociating. Either way, I embrace this side of myself 100%.‘We’ share a 25 year old AFAB (assigned female at birth) body and live in Canada and grew up in the countryside but now are living comfortably in the city. Currently we are waiting to get into upgrading at school to finish Grade 12 and then focus on a future job ahead, whether we find love again or not isn’t the issue at the moment and we have ADHD (diagnosed).Our owner calls her headspace ‘The Clouds’ since primarily in our sanctuary it’s filled with clouds, fluffy pillows and blankets plus an assortment of many kinds of plushies and teddy bears.

System Questioning: Anyone who's questioning being a system.
 
Dream-way: A type of gateway system. The primary distinctive aspect of such a system is its particular structure; possible worlds to be accessed are comprised of daydreams and paracosms.
 
Adaptive: Refers to systems which formed in response to trauma or other adversity.
 
Parogenic/Paromancy: Refers to systems or head-mates that were created using thought-based or metaphysical means, usually deliberately. An alternative for the term above to avoid controversy. Parogenic head-mates may be called as paromates or parogens.
 
Soul-bond: A system that has head-mates that are usually from fiction where a character from there essentially bonds to a person.
